What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| __Host-authjs.session-token | Authentication session | Session / 30 days |
| __Host-authjs.csrf-token | Cross-site request forgery protection | Session |
| __Secure-authjs.callback-url | Redirect URL after authentication | Session |
Analytics cookies
These services load only after you choose “Accept all”. We use them to measure site performance, understand which pages and steps are difficult to use, and improve the order journey.
| Provider | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics public-page, session, and acquisition measurement using query-free page locations | Up to 2 years | Analytics — only loads after consent |
| Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights | Query-free public-page usage and Web Vitals telemetry sent to Vercel (USA) | Session | Analytics / performance — only loads after consent |
| _cs_id, _cs_s, _cs_c and other applicable _cs_* cookies | Contentsquare behavioural analytics, public-page heatmaps and masked public-page session replay. Depending on enabled modules, this may include _cs_s_ctx, _cs_cvars and short-lived technical checks. _cs_optout is set only after an express withdrawal of analytics consent. | Session or 30 minutes for session data; up to 13 months for visitor, masking and opt-out preferences; some technical checks are removed immediately | Analytics — only loads after consent |
Contentsquare session replay is limited to public pages. All portal pages, including the new-order builder, plus council, administration, invitation, order-tracking, and authentication screens are excluded from replay. On the builder, Contentsquare can still collect content-masked interaction telemetry such as clicks, focus, scrolling, pointer movement, and timing, together with fixed anonymous step paths and milestone names for funnel analysis. No milestone properties are sent. Query strings are persistently replaced with an empty value for Contentsquare pageviews, page titles are hidden, identifiers in relevant network URLs are masked, and form controls remain masked as an additional safeguard.
Marketing cookies
If Google Ads conversion measurement is configured, it also loads only after “Accept all”. We use it to understand whether an advert led to a signup or paid order, not to expose notice text or payment details and not to run personalised advertising on the site.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _gcl_* | Google Ads conversion attribution | Up to 90 days |
Managing cookies
Use the persistent “Allow optional cookies” or “Withdraw optional cookies” control at the bottom of the site to change your choice in one step. Withdrawal stops optional collection, clears the optional first-party cookies available to the site, and reloads the page without those tags. You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect login and order-management functionality.
